Participation in the MARESEC 2025 conference is open to registered attendees. As a hybrid event, you may choose to attend either virtually or on-site in Rostock. The following registration options are available: 

Virtual Attendance
Follow the conference via live stream from anywhere. This includes access to all keynotes, the panel discussion, and all technical sessions. You can also participate by submitting questions via chat. Choose this option if you are unable to attend in person.

On-Site Participation
Join us in Rostock for the full conference experience, including keynotes, panel discussion, technical sessions, lunch, and coffee breaks. This option is suitable if you plan to attend on-site but cannot join the evening dinner on May 21, 2025.  

On-Site Participation with Evening Dinner
This includes everything in the standard on-site package, plus access to the evening dinner providing a great opportunity to connect with other participants in a relaxed setting.

Registration is free of charge, but the number of on-site seats is limited. Please register early to secure your spot.

Presenters must register by April 27, 2025. Please include your paper ID and paper title when registering so we can coordinate presentation logistics, especially in case of remote presentations.
